To our lovely staff & students 🎅✨

As 2025 comes to an end, I can't help but feel overwhelmed (in the best way) with the continued support, love and effort that's poured into our studio every single day. Despite each of us experiencing our own personal struggles, our incredible staff and students still show up on their mat - understanding that no practice is perfect, nor is there an expectation that it should be.

The last four years have been an absolute pleasure, watching all of you root deeper into yourselves - honoring who you are and recognizing just how strong you truly are.

As 2026 approaches, I hope you can all take time to reset, regulate and recharge because I cannot wait for what the upcoming year has in store.

Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart and the deepest corners of my soul, for being the reason I get fall in love over and over again with what I do.
