Just a heads up that our Hatha Yoga class is starting again on Monday September 22nd from 6-7pm at West Arthur Community Centre.

Tracey will be guiding this class that is for all skill levels!

12 sessions for $82.80+HST. There is still room to register! Go to https://cityofthunderbay.perfectmind.com or call (807) 684-3311. You can also purchase a fitness punch card at the Canada Games Complex which you can use to drop into individual classes.

Bring your own mat, but there are some available to use if needed!
