Wellness Weight Loss - Ideal Protein Our diet is ideal for those who want to REACH and MAINTAIN a HEALTHY weight by primarily reducing body fat and retaining muscle mass!! MAINTENANCE !!!!!

Our Ideal Protein Program consists of FOUR STAGES:

1. To Be followed until 80% of weight loss goal is achieved. 3 Ideal Protein foods during the day (breakfast, lunch and smack) with select vegetables and limited lettuce.

2. to be followed until weight-loss is achieved. You reduce the Ideal Protein foods to 2 per day (breakfast, snack). Lunch and dinner will consist of lean proteins of your choice, select vegetables and unlimited lettuce. Thus, increasing your calorie intake.

3. Gradual re-introduction of healthy fats and carbohydrates for 14 days in the morning ONLY.

4. You put into practice what you've learned about healthy choices, food combinations and allowing yourself a day of indulgence. The basis of our philosophy is support and education to ensure success.
