What is your “why”? I have many people come into my office stating that they want to lose weight and I ask them why. What is the value behind this health choice? Some clients say it’s because they want to have more energy to play with their kids, , some say they want to lower their blood sugar, some say they don’t want a knee replacement in 7 years.. Some just want to ‘ feel good about themselves again. You need to find your “why.” Doing it because someone told you to is not going to get you very far.

This year when you are thinking about your health and fitness goals, think about your reason behind them. Everyone is different and there is no right or wrong answer. It just has to be for YOU!

For anyone still wanting to pay it forward... Pivot Consulting & Coaching is taking non-perishable food donations until the morning of December 23rd! 🙏

Wooohooo! THANK YOU!! We have collected a ton of food for our community! That said, food security is a real issue in our community, and 'too much food' is never enough! So, while this looks like a lot, we want to give more!! We are still collecting donations until 12pm on December 23rd. At that time, my hubby and I will be providing these amazing donations to a local food bank. We can also pick up-just PM me! Otherwise, you can drop off at Cornerstone chiropractic and they will get your donation to me! THANK YOU for helping to make Christmas better for our community! 💓
