At Chartwell Rosemont Les Quartiers in Montreal, QC, residents turned an abandoned stretch of land into a flourishing garden filled with flowers and biodiversity, now known as the Jardins d’Iberville. 🌸🌿

Launched four years ago as a grassroots project, the gardens have become a source of pride, creativity and connection for seniors in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie. From planting and painting to simply spending time outdoors, everyone plays a part in this “little garden of happiness.”

🌼 Over the weekend, our Thunder Bay Chartwell Retirement Residences were proud to be present at the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, in support of the Alzheimer Society and the important work they do for individuals living with dementia and their families.

While we weren’t walking this year, our team was honoured to show up in support, connect with community members, and stand in solidarity with the many families touched by Alzheimer’s disease. 💙

Being part of events like this reflects our ongoing commitment to memory care and supporting meaningful causes that align with the values and needs of our residents.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and to the Alzheimer Society for the incredible work they continue to do. Together, we’re raising awareness, offering support, and helping build a more compassionate future. 🧠🌟
