November 20th marks Children's Grief and Bereavement Awareness Day. At HPCO, we honour the unique journeys of children navigating loss. According to the Children and Youth Grief Network, almost 40,000 children will experience the death of a parent or sibling who lives in their home. Call for Expressions of Interest: Volunteer Board Member, Finance & Accounting Expertise

Hospice Northwest Services is a community volunteer organization that complements, enhances and delivers end of life care, including grief and bereavement services. The Mission of Hospice Northwest Services is to foster a compassionate community response to the needs of anyone living with, dying from, or affected by illness and disease. We are seeking an experienced finance or accounting professional to join our volunteer Board of Directors and help provide sound financial oversight and strategic guidance. The Board meets 10 times a year with additional committee involvement to support the governance of the organization.
