“Is it safe to work out while pregnant?”
It’s one of the most common questions I hear — and the answer depends on how you’re moving and who is guiding you.
Prenatal exercise should always be:
✔️ Evidence-based
✔️ Individually modified
✔️ Respectful of your energy levels
✔️ Supportive — not exhausting
Your body is doing something incredible.
Your workouts should support that.
