Just a northern girlie building a food brand 🤍

Building from Northern Ontario looks a little different —
and honestly, we love it that way.

We might not be right next to big cities or major hubs,
but it’s made us more creative, more hands-on, and more connected to what we’re building.

Up here, you stay close to it all.
The product.
The people.
The reason you started in the first place.

It’s early mornings in the kitchen.
It’s packing orders by hand.
It’s delivering in snow storms.
Its’s travelling when you want to grow.
It’s seeing our products on shelves in the same community that’s been there from day one.

And in between it all…
it’s lake days, fresh air, and a pace that lets you actually enjoy what you’re building.

Grateful for the kind of partnership that truly grows with you 🤍

Back in 2019, we first partnered with Sobeys — when every single energy ball was made and rolled by hand, often late at night after long days.

I still remember going into the store every few days just to check the shelf and count how many bags were gone… part excitement, mostly nerves 🥹

We were small, figuring it out as we went — no fancy packaging, no big equipment, just a vision.

That early belief turned into real opportunity. From our hometown to shelves across multiple provinces, we’ve grown into a brand we’re so proud of.

And today… I walked in to see this incredible display (and a few more around the store 😭🤍) — something I never expected but am so, so grateful for.

What stands out most is Sobeys’ commitment to local and small suppliers. They don’t just talk about it — they create real space for brands like ours to grow.

To the whole team — thank you for believing in us from the beginning and continuing to support our journey.

Still learning, still growing, and so excited for what’s ahead 🤍
