Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, you will be responsible for 50% of the service fee, which must be paid before your next appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a full charge, and payment must be made before rebooking another service at the clinic.
Online Booking
Our online booking system displays the available dates and times. If you cannot find a specific slot, it is likely already booked by another client.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for an appointment, you will be charged the full service fee, which must be paid before booking any further services.
Deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit before booking an appointment.
Response Time
Please be patient when contacting us, as we may not be able to respond immediately due to attending to clients throughout the day.
Consultations
We do not offer phone consultations. Please book a consultation online to determine the most appropriate treatment for you. There is a fee for Consultations subject to a fee.
Contact Hours
Please expect a reply the following day at 9:30 am for any texts or calls made after 6 pm. We do not answer text or calls before 9:30 am or after 6:30pm. We do not answer the phone on Sundays.
