What is FST?

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a pain-free table based assisted stretching technique. Fascia is connective tissue which surrounds and supports all the muscles, bones, joints and organs in the body.

FST involves a series of movements and stretching techniques that aim to reduce tension and restrictions in the fascial lines throughout the body, while improving mobility in the joints and flexibility of these tissues.

It is an amazing, gentle, and very effective treatment to help relieve and eliminate pain. The treatment is relaxing and leaves clients with a feeling of lightness and looseness.

While we understand this might cause a bit of a detour in your daily route, hang in there! This is all part of a big upgrade to make our city even better. Improved utilities, fresh road surface, and modern traffic systems - all for a safer and more efficient Thunder Bay!
