Nadine Kelly Whole Health & Fitness My philosophy is simple: Together, we want to create maintainable lifestyle changes towards better movement, and more importantly, improved health.

You will not be encouraged to partake in fad diets nor will I push you to complete outrageous exercise regimens. Instead, we will start by completing a basic physical assessment, completing a functional movement screen, and determining any major muscle imbalances. Next, we will test for basic mobility, flexibility, and stability, before engaging in a weight training program suitable for YOU.
