Curious about your upcoming ear flushing appointment? Before we do an ear flushing, our nurse will take a look inside your ear using an otoscope. This handy tool shines a light and magnifies the image so we can see what's going on. If there's a lot of hard wax, we might suggest applying mineral oil for a week to soften it up. When you're ready, we'll use a gentle irrigation process to flush out the wax. You might feel a bit of discomfort, but it's a quick and effective way to clear your ear and improve your hearing.
