Thunder Bay yoga studio offers a variety of classes. Open to all levels of skills. Choose to join live or recorded classes virtually.

Private classes upon requests. Yoga will help energize, reduce stress, building strength and increasing flexibility. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years come and discover all the benefits yoga has to offer. Choose from a variety of classes that will meet your needs, whether it be energizing, reducing stress, building strength or increasing flexibility. There is a class that’s right for You! Drop-ins are welcome to every class.
