Did you know I do pre-natal massages?

What’s different? Nothing really 😅
Laying flat on your back when *heavily* pregnant isn’t possible for a lot of people - I certainly couldn’t. It all depends on the position of the baby. I have a nice supportive wedge/ pillows to elevate your torso allowing you to fully relax, let the pressure go and enjoy connecting with your little one. The babies tend to love it too! Sometimes I can see them wiggling around 😃❤️
The padding of my bed is also removable around the tummy and chest so you’ll be able to lay totally flat while your tummy is support with soft bands. The removable padding is also great if you’re sore from breastfeeding/ any chest or abdominal surgery.

Did you know I can apply k-tape too? It’s football szn. Probably the time I apply the most tape 🤣 “can you tape my kids ankles before his game?!”

I can apply it pretty much anywhere. I find it particularly helpful for shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle support and occasionally tennis elbow.
This particular application is suited for those seeking some stability to the knee. It can create some space with the aim of reducing swelling and to “hold” the patella in a slightly more optimal position.
It’s not something to rely on and use *all* the time, but it can be an effective way to support you post treatment (or game!). 9 times out of 10, I’ll teach you how to apply it to yourself too! It can be a relatively in-expensive, low-risk way to help yourself💕
This can be included in a regular appt, or it can be a stand alone appt. I require 30 mins for k-tape only. I would assess the issue a little, do a few stretches and apply the tape.
