Rubbing/ stretching/ needling a weak muscle is only get you so far for so long.
Can’t go wrong getting strong 💪🏻

I quite literally have an app for strength training.

It seems a lot of us love reading and have similar tastes. I will read pretty much anything but am deep in the fantasy genre RN like every other 30+ woman 💁🏼‍♀️

I tend to read mostly on my phone so don’t have too many books to share, but I’m happy to share the ones I do have!
Feel free to peruse while you wait, borrow one or leave 1.
They’re not all to keep, I will read One Dark Window again one day, but onyx storm, I might be able to let that 1 go 🤭

Please don’t take this as “dump every unwanted book here”. It’s a teeny space, I ain’t got a library space and my TBR is already long AF 🙏🏻

Inner thighs (adductors)
Feet together, knees open, sit tall and hold for 30-60s x 2.
The closer the feet are to your butt, the more intense the stretch. You could also lean forward to increase it.
If the hips feels stuck or it’s super uncomfortable, try placing some pillows under the knees for some support (or blocks).

Wanna make it more effective? Hold it for 15-20s, then push your knees up into your hands and contract the muscles for 5-7 seconds. Take a big breath in, exhale and move into the stretch a little deeper. Repeat that 3-4 x.

I’m subbing rhythm & beats for Sam on Sunday and due to popularity, will repeat the Eminem ride. I might change a few things but, I mean, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It was *chefs kiss* (imo).
His new album is out on Monday, so let’s enjoy some of his classics together. The Wednesday people the other week knew basically EVERY word and sang loud and proud. I expect nothing less from you Sunday people ❤️
