It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Dr. Edwards.

Jackie’s dedication to her patients will be a loss for all of us - we will miss her care and compassion and most of all we will miss her friendship.

📢 Update from Dr. Jacqueline Edwards’ Office

We are pleased to share that Dr. Edwards is beginning a gradual return to practice through phone and virtual appointments.

At this time:

✅ We are booking only a few days in advance

✅ Appointments are reserved exclusively for patients who previously had an appointment cancelled

✅ We are currently working through appointments from the beginning of August

❌ We are not booking new concerns or appointments for patients who were not previously cancelled

We kindly ask for your patience as we work through these appointments in order. You will be receiving an email or a phone call offering an opportunity to book as we work through the backlog.

Thank you for your understanding and support as Dr. Edwards resumes her practice at a careful pace.

Hello Everyone - unfortunately, Dr. Mulligan is unable to come into office today. If you have a scheduled appointment, we will be calling you shortly to rebook. Tonight's walk-in clinic is also cancelled. Next walk-in clinic will be tomorrow, registration begins at 11am for Dr. Probizanski. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
