Did you know that sleeping on your stomach may help reduce snoring for some people? 😴
This position can help keep the airway more open by reducing the chances of the tongue or soft tissues collapsing backward during sleep. For people with mild sleep apnea or occasional snoring, that extra airway support can lead to quieter nights and fewer interruptions.
That said, stomach sleeping isn’t comfortable or recommended for everyone, especially if you have neck or back issues. Finding the right sleep position is personal, and what works well for one person may not work for another.
