I created this page to share my offerings for plant medicine and yoga walks/workshops/classes, raw chocolate workshops and the various varieties of chocolates and gift baskets I have available for order and purchase. These gift baskets can also include tea as plant medicine or Boreal bath salts. I have created bath salt blends with plants from the boreal forest and essential oils to assist in relaxing and restoring the body, soothing aches and pains and ascending to higher levels of vibration and communion with oneself and our spirit guides. I teach yin and restorative styles of yoga and feel that plant medicine and even chocolate (as a plant medicine) can aid in the restoration of our body/minds much like yoga. Some of my other offerings include blending personal, issue specific Flower Essence blends to assist you through whatever you are working through in life, to restore your emotional and physical well being.
