I want to help you create the life that you dream of.....you know....the one that you are totally rocking

it? Ya....that one. Let me share a little secret with you.....
I never really liked the rules that were create by others. But I was made to believe that if I checked all the boxes and followed the recipe that I would be happy. I never knew that there was Another Way. Since my goal was to be happy and enjoy my life...I followed their stinky rules. I went to school, got good grades, got a good job, got a house, got married and had a kid. I worked my butt off!!! I checked and double checked all the boxes......but my end result was more stress, more debt, more anxiety and lots of exhaustion. Like seriously, what does a girl have to do to catch a break? I didn't get it.....I followed the recipe....and I was no where near happy. I followed their rules and still I was not anywhere close to where I wanted to be! My life did not fall into place like I believed it would. Was I a failure? Was I just not lucky enough? Did I do it wrong? I knew there had to be something else.....the material world didn't have the answers I was searching for. So I dived head first into spirituality, the world of energy and metaphysics. Imagine my surprise....when I discovered a totally different world. Filled with awesome tools, schools of thought and freeing perspectives! I had found what I was looking for!!! There was Another Way! I know what it feels like to desperately want to change your life but not know how. I understand that overwhelming sense of not knowing what to do or where to go. What it feels like to be stuck. Are you ready to accept new and wonderful experiences into your life? This journey is not for the light hearted....but it will make your heart feel light again. This is not for those who are not ready to turn their world upside down....you will need to make changes. And some of these changes are difficult. You will have to give up your old beliefs, programs and lots of stinky rules. This is not for those who would prefer to play the blame game and stay in the victim role. You need to step up and take responsibility for your current life. You are the only one that can change it....but in order to do so you need to take responsibility for it. Are you ready to discover Another Way? Join me on my journey. Re-write your own rules. Create the life that you dream of. What else is possible?

One thing I’ve been noticing lately in businesses:

Sometimes money isn’t being blocked by lack of customers…
it’s being blocked by tiny moments of over-control or discomfort avoidance.

I had an experience recently where a practitioner skipped past the tipping screen before handing me the payment terminal.

I actually appreciated that there was no pressure.

But interestingly?
I likely would have left a tip had I been given the option naturally.

The moment the decision was made for me, the interaction became transactional instead of participatory.

That tiny moment changed the energetic flow of the exchange.

Businesses often think customer experience is about huge changes.

Usually it’s tiny emotional moments like this.

Most people don’t struggle with receiving.

They struggle with receiving more than they’re used to.

One pattern I notice over and over again:

People can receive at their current level.

The discomfort starts when life asks them to receive more.

More support.
More money.
More opportunities.
More visibility.

What level of receiving could you make normal today?

Another tiny business detail I noticed recently:

A business had several lovely products displayed for sale on shelves.

But the price tags were handwritten on Post-it notes with curled edges.
Some had faded from the sun.
The ink colors were inconsistent.
The sizing varied from tag to tag.

And it completely changed how the display felt.

Not because handwritten is “bad.”
And not because everything needs to feel corporate or overly polished.

But because presentation quietly affects perceived value.

The products themselves may have been wonderful…
yet the signage unintentionally made the display feel last-minute instead of intentional.

Tiny visual inconsistencies create subtle mental clutter for customers.

Simple shifts like:
- matching labels,
- consistent fonts,
- uniform sizing,
- clean edges,
- or professionally printed tags…

can instantly elevate how products are perceived.

Customer experience isn’t only about the service itself.

It’s also about the silent visual messages businesses send without realizing it.

One of the most overlooked parts of a business is the street-facing windows.

Businesses often focus heavily on what happens INSIDE…
while forgetting that the outside is what creates curiosity in the first place.

Blank windows don’t give people a reason to stop.
They don’t tell a story.
They don’t create emotion.

But intentional windows?
They create connection before someone even enters.

A beautiful sign.
A plant.
A soft glow at night.
A carefully placed display.
Window art.
A sense of personality.

These things may seem small, but they quietly communicate:
✨ “We care.”
✨ “We’re welcoming.”
✨ “There’s something worth experiencing here.”

People remember businesses that make them FEEL something.

Your storefront is speaking long before you ever say hello.

A business insight I’ve been noticing lately:

Sometimes the issue isn’t the service.
It’s the emotional experience surrounding the service.

A practitioner can be highly skilled and deeply gifted…
but if clients feel intimidated, overwhelmed, or subtly “below” the practitioner, trust weakens.

People want guidance.
Not hierarchy.

Especially in spaces involving healing, wellness, spirituality, coaching, or personal growth.

You don’t need to minimize your expertise.
You just need to communicate in a way that brings people INTO the experience instead of making them feel outside of it.

The best client experiences feel more like connection and conversation than performance.

One of these cards contains a pattern you may be ready to see.

Without overthinking it, choose the card that pulls your attention:

⬅️ Left or ➡️ Right

Trust your first instinct.

I’ll reveal the messages later today in the comments.

Waiting for proof is keeping more people stuck than failure ever will.

People often think they’re waiting for the right sign, the right opportunity, or enough confidence.

But one pattern I notice over and over again is this:

They’re waiting for proof before they give themselves permission to move.

Proof that it will work.
Proof that they’re ready.
Proof that they won’t fail.

Meanwhile, the people who expand aren’t usually the ones with the most proof.

They’re the ones willing to take the next step before they have it.

Sometimes the proof comes after the move.

What’s one thing you’ve been waiting to see proof of before moving forward?

A tiny business observation I noticed today:

I walked into a business for an appointment and directly ahead was a beautiful piece of artwork that immediately created a calm, welcoming feeling.

But just off to the side, a treatment room door was standing open. At first I thought it was a bathroom.

Such a small detail…
but it completely changed the first impression of the space.

Not because open doors are bad, obviously.
But because what clients first SEE shapes how the business feels emotionally.

An open door pulls the space away from:
✨ calm
✨ intentional
✨ polished
✨ professional

…and subtly shifts it toward feeling more personal or unfinished.

What fascinated me was how quickly my nervous system noticed it before my mind even fully processed it.

Most customer experience isn’t created by giant expensive renovations.

It’s created by tiny visual moments:
- what the eye lands on,
- where attention gets pulled,
- what feels intentional,
- and what accidentally distracts from the experience.

Sometimes simply closing a door changes the entire feel of a space.

05/28/2026

People don’t stay stuck because they don’t know what they want.

They stay stuck because they’re waiting for all the things to fall into place.

The money.
The time.
The experience.

One pattern I notice over and over again:

The people who expand are the ones who lead the energy first.

A small business observation I noticed recently:

I received a service and was genuinely impressed with the experience.

When it came time to pay, the practitioner processed the payment terminal themselves and skipped right past the tip screen before handing me the machine with only the final total visible.

And it made me realize something interesting:

I probably would have left a tip.

Not because I felt pressured.
But because I WANTED the opportunity to choose.

The moment the choice was removed, I simply paid the total presented.

This isn’t really about tipping.

It’s about allowing clients space to participate.

Sometimes businesses unintentionally decide FOR the customer:
- what they can afford,
- what they’re willing to do,
- what they might choose,
- or how they want to engage.

But clients often appreciate being trusted to make that decision themselves.

Tiny moments in customer experience can quietly affect connection, generosity, and even revenue.
