A simplified breakdown of an initial foot care appointment:

• After completion of the 'Client Information, Consent and Permissions' form (digitally or by paper), a thorough foot assessment is completed.
• With the client's medical history, goals, strengths, and limitations in mind, a plan of treatment is discussed and created.
• Required foot care treatment is then explained and performed based on the client's individual needs.
•Assessments and interventions are then confidentially documented per legal and regulatory obligations.
