Over the past year, I’ve found myself less & less drawn to alcohol…
It just doesn’t appeal to me the way it used to. And when I do drink, I feel it so much more.
➡️ the recovery takes longer
➡️ my energy dips
➡️ and even a little can leave me feeling off for days.
I’m not here to label myself as alcohol-free, but I am noticing a shift.
More & more people are waking up to how alcohol affects not just the body, but the mind and spirit too. And there’s a certain peace that comes with realizing you don’t need it to feel at ease, connected, or confident.
No shame, just an opportunity to check in—what are we really seeking in those moments? What parts of ourselves need love and healing instead of another drink?
Once you start noticing, you can’t un-notice. And when you begin to shift, life shifts with you.
