Lifecoach. What is it? How is it different from a counselor or therapist?

A lifecoach is someone who partners with a client in a thought provoking, creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal or professional potential.

A coach can help guide you through developing skill sets needed to reach a goal.

Whereas therapy- short for psychotherapy is a clinical based approach to treating mental health. They diagnose, assess, and provide treatment for mental disorders.

A life coach can be used in conjunction with therapy.

As a life coach my niche is mindset and emotional intelligence.

My goal is to help you as a client help yourself. To teach you how to change your thought process from "I can't " to "I can" and achieving your goals. Stop negative mindsets, self-doubting and self-sabotaging. Learn about false or as I like to call them, borrowed beliefs and how they tend to limit us from reaching our full potential. How to reset your mind and develop healthy boundaries.

Psychic fair coming up on Sunday. Tillsonburg legion. Can't wait to see everyone. There is a bunch of unique vendors at this event

I personally will be there with handmade dream catchers, witches balls, and some cute little spell jar earrings. I have earrings for self love, prosperity and protection.

Hello everyone, it's been a while. I've been working away at getting my ducks gathered into one basket and spending my days creating and preparing to launch.

My wonderful partner and I have been working hard on creating some beautiful paintings to add to the shop.
