Grief isn’t just something we feel when someone dies.
Grief accumulates over a lifetime.
Imagine this…
From the moment you are born, you’re given a backpack to carry.
And into that backpack go all of your losses.
At first, it’s light.
A few pebbles.
Maybe being left out at school.
A harsh word.
A moment you didn’t feel seen or loved.
Pebbles… and then rocks.
You lose your first childhood pet.
A friendship changes.
You move away from something familiar.
And then come the boulders.
The end of a relationship.
A divorce.
The loss of a loved one.
A job, a home, a version of your life you thought would last.
And with every loss…
you keep adding to the backpack.
No one ever tells you to stop.
No one ever shows you how to unpack it.
So you just keep carrying it.
Day after day.
Year after year.
Until one day you pause and ask yourself…
Why does everything feel so heavy?
If we were to place a pebble, rock, or boulder in your backpack for every loss you’ve experienced…
How heavy would it be?
And more importantly…
Who taught you how to carry it?
Who taught you how to release it?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed… stuck… emotionally exhausted…
There is nothing wrong with you.
Most of us were never taught how to process grief in a healthy way.
But that doesn’t mean you have to keep carrying it alone.
✨ This is exactly why I created this workshop. ✨
A space to gently begin unpacking what you’ve been holding.
To understand your grief.
To learn tools that actually support you.
To feel lighter… clearer… and more like yourself again.
You don’t have to drop the backpack all at once. But you can start taking things out—one piece at a time.
