Having been in the same space for over 25 years, TMTC is a consistent and confident workspace that provides quality treatment to clients.

Just a friendly reminder ⏱️

Scheduling and appointment with an RMT is treated as an agreement.
Your therapist agrees to be present, helpful, and accommodating. In turn, you agree to valuing their time and expertise.
Your therapist is there to address your concerns and provide you with quality treatment to remedy your aches and pains.
By agreeing upon a treatment date and time, you as the client are responsible for the treatment cost and the therapist for the service.

At TMTC, we supply clients with reminder emails and/or text,sent both 1 week prior and 24 hours prior to help everyone keep these appointments organized and well communicated.

If 24 hours' notice is not received for a cancelled or missed appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. We realize that emergencies happen and each cancellation is evaluated on a case by case basis by each therapist it applies to.

Please keep in mind, especially coming up on the busiest season of the year, that your therapist only receives payment for treatment time. Lost treatments equal lost wages.
Courtesy reminders should be viewed as an opportunity to notify the clinic of either attendance or cancellation to keep the lines of communication open.

TMTC is excited to announce a new RMT to our team!

Please welcome Kimberly Van Dyk, RMT to the clinic.

Kimberly has been registered since 2000 and brings with her an extensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities for a wide range of injuries/conditions etc.
Her years of hands on treatment is sure to be a great asset to our current clientele as well as new clients.

Kimberly will be accepting new clients as of Oct 16th.
