It is with a heavy heart that I share with our Horizon community the passing of our dear friend and poster boy, Tom Boneham.
His warmth, quiet strength, and gentle presence touched all of us who had the honour of knowing him. His loving spirit will continue to inspire everything we do and his memory will remain at the heart of Horizon. He will be dearly missed.
