Happy Friday!!

We are already full swing into August and I just wanted to take a moment because as of this month Sacred Grove has officially been open for 1 year!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share my posts or even mention my services to someone they know. Going full-time was a very intimidating and hard choice to make, though I couldn't have done it without the help of my partner and her support as well as the support of everyone who follows me. ❤️

To celebrate Sacred Groves 1 year anniversary I am holding a contest to give away a free massage. Happy Monday everyone!

I can't believe July has already come and almost gone, I do apologize for the lack of posting. I did want to hop on and mention to keep an eye out for an upcoming contest that I will be announcing at the beginning of August as I will be celebrating Sacred Groves one year anniversary!

Happy Wednesday!

Self care, definitely something we encourage for those that we love but often forget to practice what we preach. I am also awful for this but yesterday was a day of complete self care, so much to the point I forgot to take photos!

Starting my day off with a lovely massage from my amazing teacher Chrislynn at JustNatural Spa & Institute Inc. I have made it a monthly ritual to see this lovely lady because as a masseuse myself i tend to forget the physical strain I cause on my own body. My day was full of treating myself and then going out to dinner with some amazing friends!

Let me know what kind of self care person you are, are you someone who gives yourself the spa treatment for would rather go buy yourself something nice :)

Every massage is unique to you, choose what type of massage you would like as well as how long. If your anything like me 1 hour goes by far too quick, why not treat yourself to 1.5 or even 2 hours of relaxation!

At Sacred Grove Massage you can do that! Pricing for a relaxation massage is as follows;

Spring is coming which means so is Ostara (Spring Equinox)

I know some days may not feel like it as we still have some snow lurking but you can smell spring in the air!

Ostara which is celebrated at the spring equinox, marks the beginning of the light half of the year and the arrival of spring. Ostara is celebrated by the colouring and decorating of eggs, planting of seeds, and performing rituals that honour the balance of light and dark.

Many also take part in spring cleaning which does not have to just mean our homes, spring cleaning could be in regards to our body and souls. Make sure to take time for yourself and keep your soul clear of any bad energy and nurture your body like the small saplings you would plant in your garden.

Why not keep your stress low by booking a relaxation massage, 1 hour of full body relaxation is good for the body, mind and soul. Appointments still available for March.
