Pilates 101 is designed for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to build a strong foundation. This beginner class focuses on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and foundational exercises to improve strength and flexibility from the core.
Pilates 101 with Sylvie begins Monday, January 26, and runs for five weeks from 5:15 to 6:15 PM.
