Timmins may be getting another big snowfall, but spring is still on the calendar and our Spring Classes are right around the corner.
At The Movement Studio our classes are rehabilitation based Pilates and movement classes, designed within a physiotherapy, osteopathy clinic setting. This means every class is grounded in safe, evidence informed movement that focuses on improving strength, stability, mobility, and overall function.
Whether you are recovering from injury, managing back or joint pain, looking to build core strength, or simply wanting a thoughtful and guided movement practice we have a class for you. Our instructors provide modifications and support so participants of all levels can feel confident and successful.
New this spring, several classes will incorporate warm infrared therapy to support relaxation, improve circulation, and assist with muscle recovery.
Our spring programs run throughout the season, with sessions ranging from 4 to 12 weeks depending on the class, allowing you to find an option that fits your schedule and goals.
