Pilates All Levels with Sylvie – Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 PM (13 weeks)
Unwind and recharge with our all-level evening Pilates series! This feel-good class blends foundational moves with progressive sequences to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. We’ll focus on smooth movement, alignment, and deep core connection—perfect for shaking off the day and resetting your body. Whether you’re here to stretch it out or find your flow, you’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and ready for a restful evening.
Core & Balance with Renee – Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 PM (8 weeks)
Improve your core strength and balance in our beginner-intermediate Pilates class, Core and Balance. This class focuses on building a strong foundation through core exercises and challenging balancing techniques. Perfect for those looking to enhance their Pilates practice and achieve better stability and control.
