The red dress is more than a symbol—it represents the thousands of Indigenous women, girls, and Two-Spirit people whose lives have been taken, whose voices were silenced, and whose stories deserve to be remembered.

This is not just history. This is ongoing.
Indigenous women and girls continue to face disproportionate violence, rooted in systemic racism, colonial harm, and ongoing injustice. Behind every statistic is a name, a family, a community, a spirit that matters.

Today, we wear red to honor them.
To remember them.
To stand in solidarity.
But awareness is only the beginning.
Listen to Indigenous voices.
Learn the truth.
Speak their names.

Challenge systems that allow this to continue.

Not every connection is meant to feel like home 🌙✨

Negative relationships often leave us feeling drained, anxious, unseen, or as though we are constantly shrinking ourselves to keep the peace. They may be marked by poor communication, inconsistency, control, criticism, or boundaries that are repeatedly crossed 🖤

Healthy relationships feel different.
They feel safe.
Grounded.
Reciprocal.
There is honesty, respect, emotional attunement, and space for both people to exist fully 💜🌿

A healthy relationship does not mean perfection — it means repair after rupture, clear communication, mutual care, and the freedom to express your needs without fear 🔮

The nervous system knows the difference between chaos and safety.
Pay attention to how your body feels around someone.
Do you feel tense, small, and on edge?
Or do you feel calm, supported, and able to be your authentic self? ✨

Love should not cost you your peace.

Who you are has been shaped by your experiences, your environment, your relationships—and the ways your nervous system learned to adapt 🧠 But those adaptations are not the full story of you.

Part of healing is beginning to notice what feels true, what feels learned, and what no longer fits 🌙 It’s allowing space to question old identities, release what isn’t yours, and reconnect with the parts of you that have always been there beneath the surface.
