How to set a boundary without being "the bad guy." 🤫

Workplace gossip isn't just annoying; it's a major source of anxiety and a silent killer of psychological safety. But knowing how to shut it down in the moment can feel incredibly awkward.

One of our therapists here at Creating Connection created this "Stop Spilling the Tea" comic as a practical tool for our clients. It's the perfect cheat sheet for handling the 8 most common gossip types professionally while protecting your mental space.

Our favourite scripts from the graphic:
* The Whisperer: "I probably shouldn't say this but..." ⮕ "Then don't."
* The "Concerned": "I'm just worried about Taylor..." ⮕ "Then you should definitely tell Taylor - not everyone else."
