What has been created at Float 11 Yoga & Healing Arts Studio is a Yoga Community where people feel like they can truly experience and enjoy the beauty of their movement and the stillness of Yoga without any conditions attached. A place of surrender and without any judgement. There is no need to have a certain body type or size, no fancy yoga pants, no flexibility or be vegan, or even immerse yourself in “Yoga Lifestyle”... you can simple just BE YOU and make your Yoga practice your OWN.
We are a wee bit different at Float 11, class sizes are relatively small (around 15 spots available) but the community we are creating is B I G! With the intimate class sizes even the newest Yogis feel comfortable, cared for and empowered.
Whats even more exciting is that the services available in our space extend well beyond the Yoga mat. Float 11 Yoga & Healing Arts Studio is also a space where individuals can come to attend Specialized Trainings and received Certifications in the Healing Arts and Alchemy Modalities. There’s also a tranquil Healing Room where beautiful Healing sessions take place that encourage, facilitate and guide ones journey of Self-Healing and Empowerment. (ie. Reiki, Goddess Healings/Attunements, Crystal Healings, Essential Oil Treatments & more). We also offer One on One Female Mentorship programs (youth ages 13-19 & adults 19 +), Group/Individual Sound Healing sessions, Group/Individual Meditations, Monthly Gatherings, Workshops, Retreats and so many more magical services are on the menu!
Everything we do at Float 11 Yoga & Wellness Studio is tailored to the specific needs of each individual who makes their way here. The Studio is a Sacred Space for all individuals to find solitude, reconnection, and to begin their journey of Empowerment, Self-Love, Self-Care, Healing and Awareness.
