I am so happy and thankful for all of you. I have taken something from each & every person. After every session - I reflect & always leave learning something new about myself.

Good morning everyone!

I finished my weekly check ins with my clients & now I am here for your check in

Remember to put yourself first. Only you can live your path - everyone else is separate from you

But everyone is also a
Mirror - the things that set you off or bring up emotions are unhealed versions of yourself that you need to tend too.

So for today, I would like you to sit back and reflect on when you feel your emotions are arising such as
anger, and that is a sign that you need to set boundaries . Boundaries come in all shapes and forms and are used in every day situations.

If you do not have boundaries then you will live a life of chaos.

This one I did in honour of my sister with feathers we got at Sandy Beach.

The mask represents the mask she always wore to protect everyone around her

The wooden ring represents a buoy 🛟 which is what she was for me - my life saver.

The sun represents the sunshine she was until the end of her days.

And the pentacle represents the abundance she filled our lives with.

The feathers came from her favorite beach
