This Earth Day, let’s contribute by choosing movement outdoors! Explore parks, trails, sidewalks, and green spaces for your exercise routine. Physical activity in nature helps reduce our impact on Mother Earth while strengthening our mind, body, and connection to the land. Enjoy the sunshine!

Small actions can make a big difference in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Here are 5 simple ways you can show support:

✅ Be patient – Everyone processes the world differently. Give time and space when needed.
✅ Use clear communication – Simple, direct language can help reduce confusion and stress.
✅ Respect sensory needs – Loud noises, bright lights, or crowded spaces can feel overwhelming.
✅ Learn their preferences – Every person is unique. What works for one may not work for another.
✅ Include them – Create opportunities for meaningful participation and connection.

Inclusion isn’t complicated. It starts with kindness, awareness, and a willingness to learn. 🌈
