This weekend my dog Shadow and I participated in Lions Club Walk for Dog Guides.

Hearing service dogs are trained to alert their owners to important audible alarms that their owner can't hear like the fire alarm, alarm clock, door bell, kettle etc.

Hopefully with more funding from events like the one they had today, we will be able to provide more owners with these valuable dogs.
