As we step into 2026, we’re reinforcing our clinic policies to keep your visits smooth and stress-free:

👣 Cancellations: Life happens! Just give us 24hrs notice via phone or email—otherwise a $50 fee applies (this includes for both late-cancellations and no-shows).

💳 Procedure Deposits: Booking a procedure? A deposit secures your spot and counts toward your total. A late cancellation (within 24hrs) or a no-show forfeits the use of your deposit.

🦶 Custom Devices: Orthotics & compression stockings are made just for you—therefore refunds cannot be issued. Incorrect sizing, discomfort, or concerns with fit or function? Tell us within 30 days of dispense and we’ll make it right.

🤝 Respect First: Our team works hard for happy feet! Disrespectful behavior = Immediate termination of the appointment and possible discharge from the clinic and discontinuation of care

🚨 Please note: The only exceptions at this time are Sun Life Financial and Eclipse Financial.

👉 To help us get everything set up for you, please bring your insurance information to your next appointment so we can arrange direct billing on your behalf.
