A Mystical Massage at Myo Solace is an intentional ritual for the body mind and spirit. This experience is designed to gently guide your nervous system into the parasympathetic state where the body feels safe enough to soften release and heal.

Through slow intuitive touch the body begins to unwind layers of held tension and stored emotion. As the system settles we move into a cleansing smudge and guided visualization to consciously cut energetic cords to people places and patterns that are no longer meant to be carried forward.

This ritual draws you back into your heart space quieting mental noise easing anxiety and shedding negative self doubt that lingers beneath the surface. We then intentionally ground and protect your energy field restoring a sense of wholeness sovereignty and inner calm.

To close you will receive a spiritual message aligned with your current path. You will leave feeling lighter clearer deeply regulated and energetically restored anchored back into yourself.
