**ONLINE BOOKING OPEN AGAIN**
(openings starting Aug 11th)

Good morning

I’m back, well part time! I have the clear to work a few hours a day starting next week! It was a bit touch and go for a bit, I apologize for the lack of communication, I was in digital lock down for my concussion and then wasn’t sure of my return to work timeline.

So from today on out if you have a previously booked appointment with me it will stay as booked unless you hear otherwise! I do have a large amount of personal appointments over the next few weeks so there will be some cancellations but you will be hearing from me!

Happy to be seeing everyone’s smiling faces again even if mine looks a little different for the time being ☺️☺️

*CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*

Not the announcement that I was wanting to make only a few days after closing my books to new patients. However, I suffered a traumatic face injury last night via a baseball to the face. I am currently not able to talk much, teeth braced together, stitches inside and outside my lips and waiting on a specialist for further steps.

So with that I will be having to cancel my appointments for the unforeseen future. If you have an appointment with me in July someone will be reaching out to you to cancel probably a week at a time. I’m hopeful I will be back soon! I will be closing all online booking at this time and will let everyone know when it’s back up and running.

I apologize to all my patients and I wish it wasn’t the case. However, I need to heal to be able to do my job properly. Thank you in advance for being understanding.

Happy July everyone!!

As we hit the last half of the year I’m sad to let you all know that I will no longer be taking new patients. Some may have noticed that new patients can no longer book online and I have updated my voicemail stating the same. As much as I would love to see new faces and aid in everyone’s healing journey I have hit my capacity.

To all my current patients I am hoping this will decrease the 6-10 week wait for an appointment. Nothing else has changed in booking regular appointments. As per usual online booking is preferred as I am a one woman show so my time for call backs between patients are few and far between. Always feel free to send me a text and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer ☀️

Have you ever gone to work and not been paid for it? What if your pay check was $450 less than the time you put in at work?

Sadly, that is reality. When someone no shows on an appointment it does not give enough time to fill even with a cancellation list.

My booking system give you access 24/7 to links, on your confirmation and reminders, where you can cancel or reschedule your appointments. I have highlighted below where you can find those. This awesome system also emails and texts you reminders the week and the day before your appointment. You can also reach me through my phone or email if you need anything, if you don’t receive a response please check you have the right contact info.

Please remember to be respectful, if you need to cancel or reschedule please give 24 hour notice. Due to the high number of no shows you will be billed in full for a missed appointment. Absolutely there are times exceptions will be made however please contact me personally if extenuating circumstances occur.
