There are 8 limbs to Yoga. Asana is just one of those limbs.

Asana is the physical practice of yoga - the poses and the postures. Physical practice, over time, will help to strengthen the body and centre the mind.

If you are new to yoga, why not begin your journey one posture at a time?
Learning alignment cues, modifications and progressions for popular asanas is a great place to start.
