🧑‍🍳 GREEK SALAD 🥗
6 cups lettuce, rinsed, dried and chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 jar (250 mL) Kalamata olives
2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges(or use cherry tomatoes, halved)
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup chopped parsley, (optional)
Greek Salad Dressing:
1 Tbsp. Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend
2 tsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar

In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, onion, olives, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.
Greek Salad Dressing:
Whisk seasonings with olive oil and red wine vinegar, drizzle over salad.

🍅🥔🍆 ROASTED VEGETABLES 🍅🥔🍆🥬🥦🌽🥕🥒🧅
6 - 7cups vegetables: onions, potatoes, carrots, squash, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon
1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Dice or slice the vegetable into the same size. Place the vegetables into a baking dish so that the vegetables lie a few inches thick. Season with Oh! So Garlic, Sunset Seasoned Salt and Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon then drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly but gently, making sure the vegetables are well-coated and glistening with oil. If need be, add more oil. Put the dish in the oven and cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Halfway through the cooking process, remove the dish from the oven and very gently stir the vegetables so that the ones at the bottom come to the top. Towards the end of the cooking process, stir a second time.

BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST QUESADILLA 🫐
• 1 large flour tortilla shell (or substitute two smaller ones)
• ¼ cup fresh blueberries
• 1 tsp. honey
• 3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
• 1 ½ tsp. YGY Easy Eats Bursting Berry Blend
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with honey and YGY Easy Eats Bursting Berry Blend. Lay the tortillas flat and spread the cream cheese mixture over half. (If using smaller tortilla shells, spread the mixture over the entire shell and top with another) Scatter blueberries evenly over the cream cheese. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a small pat of butter. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

BRUSCHETTA NAAN PIZZA WITH SHRIMP 🍕 🍤
*Thanks to Annelie Soto for the recipe and photo.
• 4 pieces Naan bread
• 1 packet Bruschetta Seasoning Blend
• 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
• 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
• 1 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
• Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce
Pre-crisp Naan bread in the air fryer for 3 minutes (or 6 minutes in a 400°F oven). Mix Bruschetta Seasoning Blend, diced tomatoes, oil, lemon juice and shrimp together. Distribute mixture evenly over Naan, top with cheese. Air fry for approximately 7 minutes (or 14 minutes in the oven), checking halfway for desired doneness. Before serving, drizzle with Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce.

March 9 calls for something fresh — it’s National Crab Meat Day! 🦀✨
These Lemony Dill Crab Cakes are bright, tender, and bursting with citrusy-herb flavour. They’re exactly the kind of light, fresh dish we start craving this time of year.


LEMONY DILL CRAB CAKES 🦀
1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
Fresh lemon juice (one lemon)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
1 ¼ cups crushed saltines (1 sleeve)
1 1/2 lbs (.680 kg) crabmeat
1 tsp. Oh! So Onion
3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Lemony Dill Seasoning in a large bowl. Reserve ½ cup sauce for serving. Fold crabmeat, saltines and Oh! So Onion into remaining sauce and mix. Form crabmeat mixture into eight x 1-inch patties. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Add half of crab cakes and cook until golden brown, approx. 2½ to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and tent with foil. Repeat with remaining oil and crab cakes. Serve with reserved sauce.

😋 CHICKEN SHEET PAN DINNER
• 3 chicken breasts- cut into 2-3 inch pieces
• ¼ cup oil
• 2-3 Tbsp. Smoky Pecan Rub & Seasoning
• 5-6 cups vegetables of your choosing, cut into 1" pieces
Place oil and seasoning in a resealable bag and squeeze bag to combine. Place chicken in the bag; close bag and squeeze to thoroughly coat the meat. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (do not discard bag with oil and seasoning; will use later to coat vegetables). Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray (or line with parchment paper). Place marinated chicken onto the sheet pan. Place vegetables in the resealable bag containing the marinade and toss to coat. Arrange vegetables around chicken and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. This can also be baked on the BBQ at medium/high heat.
