It’s so so important to know what your triggers are and to learn how to nourish your body without setting off your toxin load/histamines.
If you have adhd, mthfr, hypermobility, MCAS, pots, etc you may be triggered by these foods. Keep in mind for someone like me with all those diagnosis with my EDS. I’m also allergic to meat and animal byproducts, I’m allergic to certain healthy foods—like cherry, lionsmane, elderberry’s, rosemary, and lemon!!!!

So things people tell you to take may not be so good for you personally.
