This pose helps to improve mindfulness and self-compassion.

This pose requires you to slow down as we synchronize the body, mind and breath. This pose opens up the entire front body and allows for a deep stretch in the hip flexors while strengthening the back.

Yesterday took a little break and did a little yoga session and practice one of my all time favourites the
