Structure First. Then Refine.

Facial aging is a structural process — not just lines and folds.

The upper and lateral face — including the temples, lateral cheek, preauricular area, and gonial angle — provide foundational support for mid- and lower-face balance.

When volume deficits in these areas are not assessed, treating isolated regions may lead to imbalance. Addressing structural support first (when clinically appropriate) helps maintain proportion and facial harmony.
