**Getting in Shape and Staying in Shape: It’s All About Consistency**

Achieving and maintaining a healthy, fit body is all about consistent, sustainable habits. Here’s a quick guide:

**1. 80/20 Eating Rule**
- Eat nutritious, whole foods 80% of the time: vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains.
- Enjoy treats 20% of the time to maintain a balanced approach.
- Minimize alcohol, refined sugar, and processed foods to avoid empty calories and energy crashes.

**2. Daily Outdoor Movement**
- Move outdoors every day for physical and mental well-being.
- For me, this means 30 minutes of running and an hour of walking daily.

**3. Strength Training Workouts**
- Do strength training 3-5 times a week to build muscle and boost metabolism.
- Include weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, or resistance bands.

**4. Hydration and Sleep**
- Drink at least 2 liters of water a day to stay hydrated.
- Get 8 hours of sleep nightly for muscle recovery and mental clarity.

Consistency is key. Small, regular actions lead to long-term success. Stay committed, listen to your body, and enjoy the journey to a healthier you.

I love fruit as a healthy sweet treat and this high protein dip is the perfect addition to your favourite fruit!

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek or coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: 1/2 tsp matcha powder


Instructions:
Clean the fruit and slice into cubes. Thread the fruit on skewers and lay on a plate.
For the dip simply mix the yoghurt, protein powder, maple syrup and matcha powder until smooth.

Thai Basil Beef Bowl Recipe 🍃

Enjoy this flavorful and nutritious dish that’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner at home! 🌿✨

Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz can coconut milk
- 3/4 cup jasmine rice
- Sea salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 k**b ginger, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- For serving: sesame seeds and lime wedges

Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, 3/4 cup water, and a pinch of sea salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 25 minutes until the rice is tender and creamy.
2. While the rice cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and ginger, cooking for about 2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.
3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, approximately 5 minutes.
4. Stir in tamari and coconut sugar, and let the mixture simmer on low for another 15 minutes.
5. Mix in half of the fresh basil leaves.
6. Serve the savory beef over coconut rice and garnish with the remaining basil leaves, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.

Boost Your Day with a Colorful Layered Smoothie! ✨🌈

Transform your mornings with this vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothie that not only looks stunning but also fuels your body with goodness! 🌟

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut water 🥥
- 1/2 frozen banana 🍌
- 1/2 cup frozen mango 🥭
- 1 frozen apricot 🍑
- 1/2 lime juiced 🍋
- Small k**b of ginger 🌿
- 1/2 tsp turmeric 🌟
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries 🍇
- 1/2 tsp beet root powder ❤️
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina 🌊

Instructions:
1. Swirl a bit of coconut cream in your glass and set aside.
2. Add the first 7 ingredients (coconut water, banana, mango, apricot, lime juice, ginger, and turmeric) to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour about 1/3 of the mixture into the prepared glass to create the first yellow layer.
4. Pour another 1/3 of the smoothie mixture into an empty glass and mix in the blue spirulina powder to create the blue layer.
5. With the remaining 1/3 of the smoothie left in the blender, add the frozen raspberries and beet root powder, and blend until smooth to create the red layer.
6. Carefully layer the blue and red layers on top of the yellow layer in the prepared glass.
7. Enjoy your colorful, nutritious smoothie!

- Choice of milk
- Chia seeds
- Vanilla essence
- Maple syrup
