MOVE FOR MENTAL HEALTH is a social media initiative to inspire ALLOVEUS to move our bodies by sharing how you do it!
This can be any kind of movement:
π«§ dance (our personal fav)
π«§ going on a walk
π«§ working out at the gym
π«§ stretching or strengthening
π«§ running around with your kids
π«§ finding your own unique ways to explore movement!
Movement is SO beneficial for our mental and physical well-being. It just FEELS GOOD! Studies show that even a little bit of exercise a day can improve our state, so why not share the goodness!!!
