Here we offer a variety of holistic bodywork treatments including Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping + more. Metta is a warm + inviting space that offers a comfortable, clean + safe environment for you to relax in. Our practitioners are committed to treating you with kindness + compassion and providing therapies in a way that is wholeheartedly focused on meeting your mind/body wellness goals. When I first moved to East Toronto, I remember thinking: this feels like a small town 🏡

Walking into , or … they know me + say hi to me by name ☕️

And honestly?
I would cross the city for that kind of connection - but I don’t have to.

It’s right here.
In my own neighbourhood.
Neighbours who genuinely care + businesses who appreciate every ounce of support given to their shop.

Maybe that’s why this message - this tiny shift in spending - means so much.

Because choosing local is choosing real people + small spaces where you’re known, appreciated + remembered 🌱

We set a high goal because the need continues to grow. Even though we didn’t land exactly where we aimed, we absolutely moved the needle in the right direction!
