In this incredible clip, Andrew Guy shares how he went beyond the job description to ensure his students succeeded. He didn't just teach; he invested. 💸 He took money from his own paycheck to buy food like pizza & "chicken shops" just to fuel them through after-school motivational workshops. 🍗🍕

The result? Grades skyrocketed. 📈

The district was so shocked they asked, "Who are you?" and eventually pulled him from the classroom to teach other teachers his methods! 🤯

Meet Carine Diverlus, a Registered Psychotherapist and the visionary founder of Pieces to Peace Psychotherapy and Wellness! 💖

Her journey started with her own mental health struggles as a tween, leading her to recognize the crucial lack of Black professionals in the field.

Carine's practice is a holistic therapy and wellness space that specifically centers Black women, femmes, and girls. Why? Because they deserve a space where they feel represented, supported, and have that "soft landing space" they aren't often afforded in their day-to-day lives. Her mission is powerful! 💪🏽
