The most dangerous moment isn’t when we get angry. It’s when the anger becomes us.

When outrage stops being a response to a wound and starts being how we introduce ourselves — our group, our brand, our whole personality — it stops protecting us. It starts running us.

This is the stage most people don’t see in themselves. And it’s the one that costs us the most.

The Outrage Cure — out tomorrow.

We’ve confused being loud with being right.
We’ve confused being triggered with being awake.
We’ve confused outrage with action.

Three days until we talk about why.

is back on council at the World Medical Association!

Never been a more important time to be active partners in the global medical community. The institutions we build together will be how we stay connected in this unstable world.

I spent years learning to tell the difference between pain that heals and pain that spreads. Outrage works the same way — and most of us were never taught to tell them apart.

Have you ever seen anger take on a life of its own?

I’ve spent years watching anger do its work — in patients, in systems, in myself. It sharpens us, but can hollow us out if it goes unanswered.

The Outrage Cure doesn’t make a case for calm. It’s about what comes after the fire — when you still have to live, lead, and build something.

In 28 days, my debut book officially enters the world.

Four years of early mornings just like this, deep reflections poured into 304 pages. We’re living in a world of chaos and polarization where outrage has become our default, and emotions are constantly at a boiling point. This book is my journey through that noise—the stories and experiences that led me to my own breaking point and, eventually, to a new way.

Huge gratitude to for taking a chance on this story. If we’re just meeting, I’m so glad you’re here. I hope a story or two in these pages feels like home to you.
