Golf season is back!
With the weather getting warmer, many are dusting off their clubs and returning to the courses.
Unfortunately, back pain is a common injury when it comes to golf. We twist and torque through our spine quite a bit during a golf swing, and if done with poor mechanics it can lead to injury.
Luckily for you our physiotherapist, Taylor Sipos, has released a video teaching you specific strengthening and mobility exercises to reduce your back pain when on the course.
