What do you imagine of when think of self-confidence and healthy self-esteem?
Self-confidence isn't synonymous with thinking "I am the best," but rather "I love and accept myself just as I am."
It's not about believing "I will succeed at everything," but rather "I am unafraid to embrace new experiences because I have faith in myself."
It's not about striving for perfection, but rather acknowledging that I have strengths and weaknesses, without comparing myself to others.
It's not about claiming to be "stunningly beautiful," but rather finding contentment in my appearance as it is.
And it's not about always being right, but rather recognizing that I can make mistakes, accepting them, and learning from them.
