Thank you to everyone who joined our yoga session in Garnetwood Park with UETAC! 🌿 It was such a joy to move, stretch, and breathe together under the open sky.

Day 3 of teaching yoga at Dreams Natura! 🌞✨ Loving the incredible vibes here – stunning pools, an awesome waterslide, and the perfect beachside location for yoga. 🙌 Great participation today, so grateful for everyone who joined! 🙏

Pose of the day: Salabhasana (Locust Pose) 🧘‍♀️

To get into this pose:

Start by lying flat on your stomach with your arms at your sides, palms facing down.
Inhale and lift your head, chest, arms, and legs off the ground, engaging your back muscles.
Reach your arms back, palms facing down, and keep your legs strong and extended.
Hold for a few breaths, focusing on lengthening through your spine and lifting through your chest and legs.
Exhale slowly to release.
Amazing energy in class today! Can’t wait to flow again tomorrow! 🌊✨

🌞 Teaching Yoga at Dreams Natura 🌊

I’m so excited to be teaching yoga at the stunning Dreams Natura! Today was my first day as a visiting yoga teacher, and it has been absolutely magical practicing with this beautiful beach backdrop. 🌴

This morning, I led two different classes that offer a little something for everyone:

🧘‍♀️ Seaside Stretch & Strength (9 AM): An active and energizing class focused on building strength and stability. We moved through poses like Downward Dog and Sun Salutations, working on grounding ourselves while activating the whole body. The perfect way to start the day feeling strong and centered. 🌞

🧘‍♂️ Yoga Bliss (10 AM): A calming and soothing practice designed to release tension. We focused on hip openers and spinal stretches, allowing the body to unwind and the mind to relax. This class is all about deep relaxation and restoring balance. 🌸

🔑 Keyhole Pose (Supta Gomukhasana)

One of my favorite poses from today’s session was Keyhole Pose (Supta Gomukhasana). This pose is an amazing stretch for your hips, glutes, and lower back. It helps to release tension in the hips and promotes greater flexibility and mobility in the spine.

To get into the pose:

Lie on your back and cross one ankle over the opposite knee, forming a figure-four shape.
Reach your hands through the gap between your legs and gently pull the bottom leg toward your chest.
Relax your shoulders and take a few deep breaths.
Such a powerful and restorative stretch to help you feel more open and grounded. 🌿
