Nat serves from the heart. Through her work in nutritional therapy and lifestyle medicine, she has helped countless families reconnect, heal, and rediscover the joy of being together. Her impact on children on the spectrum and those living with ADHD is nothing short of beautiful, supporting them as they learn, communicate, and bloom in the most magical ways.

Nat is the most loyal friend you could hope for. She fiercely advocates for the people she loves, nourishes them from her conscious kitchen, listens without judgment, and makes you feel, without a doubt, that you are cared for, now and always. She is the kind of person who offers you shelter under her wing when the days feel heavier and the wind blows a little too hard in your corner.

Her laugh lights up every room. She dances like nobody’s watching, sings with a truly beautiful voice, and brings depth and soul wherever she goes. Only her husband, Tauno, can rival her love for Halloween and The Nightmare Before Christmas đŸ–€đŸŽƒ and her love for holidays comes from what they truly represent: time together, meaningful connection, and shared joy.

Nat leads with passion and purpose. She is one of the hardest-working and most trustworthy people I know, genuine, grounded, and steady even in the biggest storms.

For over 20 years, chronic inflammation controlled my life. Acne, sinusitis, GERD, tendinitis, burnout, ADHD symptoms, and that constant “tired but wired” feeling.

I tried everything
 and nothing truly helped long-term.

❌ Medications
❌ Creams

To the doctors who are tired today:

You’re allowed to love your patients and fantasize about running a bakery. Or a spa. Or nothing at all.

You’re allowed to look around and think: “This can’t be it.”

And you’re especially allowed—on Doctor’s Day or any day—to say:

No to more work.
No to old patterns.
No to proving your worth through exhaustion.

What if this year, instead of pushing through, you paused?

To heal. To rest. To rebuild—on your terms.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to reclaim your time, your health, or your joy
