Do you have an Anterior Pelvic Tilt❓️

Anterior pelvic tilt can increase stress on the low back. Pelvic tilts gently retrain the pelvis to move toward a more neutral position and support healthier spinal mechanics😊

Here's how to do them:
👉 Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
👉 Gently tighten your abdominal muscles and squeeze your glutes.
👉 Flatten your lower back into the floor by tilting your pelvis backward.
👉 Hold for 3–5 seconds, then relax back to neutral.
👉 Repeat 10–15 times, moving slowly and with control.
